Established in London in 2019, 4Castle offers A-Z premium bespoke healthcare solutions to companies operating in the maritime industry.

Having a track record of over 15 years, across multiple segments of the industry, our management has invested in vessel acquisitions, set up acquisition and period charter projects, raised capital for period charter projects and worked with major investment banks on consulting, acquisition and M&A projects.

Through its expertise and industry insight, 4Castle has identified the need for premium bespoke services that will significantly improve the quality of healthcare offered onboard the global fleet, while at the same time enhance shoreside procedures and reduce owners’ expenses.

Such services have become a priority for all maritime companies, especially during the ongoing pandemic, as crew rotation has become extremely difficult, stretching both the physical and mental capacity of seafarers.

As a result, 4Castle has teamed up with industry leaders to provide a superior one-stop solution for all onboard and ashore needs of a maritime company, ranging from telemedicine support and shoreside assistance, to mental health and wellbeing programs.

Our Founder

Yiannis Manolis, our Managing Director and Founder, was born in Athens in 1989. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in “Economic Sciences” at Athens University of Economics and Business. He graduated with Merit and was awarded with a full scholarship from Cass Business School for his Master’s degree in “Shipping, Trade & Finance”. After working for over a decade for prominent shipping companies in Athens, London and Singapore, he decided to establish 4Castle to offer maritime companies the premium bespoke approach the industry commands.
